How it Works

  • Choose from our pre-curated boxes above, or go custom. Need guidance? Ready to start your order? We're here to help anytime. Reach out to us at hello@cravenandco.com, 512.806.0707, or share your contact info in the form above.

  • Looking for a draw for potential attendees, or a fun team-building aspect to your virtual event? From sommeliers to baristas, we’ve vetted our preferred vendors for virtual settings.

  • Once your order is finalized, we gather your logos for branded items + get rolling on the production of your boxes.

    We personalize every box with our Suite of Printed Pieces, so recipients feel thoughtfully considered + connected to your event... and ultimately to your brand. Specs for the artwork can be provided to your in-house design team, or our talented Craven + Co. designers can do their magic for a $100 flat design fee.

  • We ship your boxes straight to your recipients via FedEx 2-day Express, and provide you with tracking numbers for peace of mind. We request your recipients’ addresses ten days prior to your event date. Our fulfillment team validates your addresses in our software, and notifies you if there are any hiccups to ensure every box arrives efficiently.

  • Consult with us on innovative ideas to drive attendance to your virtual event using our Craven + Co. By the Hour format - that allows you to lean on us as much or as little as you need.
